Event planning guide
Corporate event photography checklist
Good event coverage begins before the first guest arrives. A concise brief helps make sure the right moments and people are prioritized while the event is moving quickly.
Share the essential schedule
Provide the event date, venue, load-in instructions, run of show, speaker times, and any moments that cannot be missed. Note whether group photos, sponsor signage, awards, or attendee interactions are priorities.
Identify the people and spaces that matter
Name key speakers, hosts, executives, and VIPs when appropriate. Include a simple venue map or room list if coverage will move between spaces.
Clarify how the photos will be used
Tell the photographer whether the images are intended for recap communications, a website, social posts, internal use, or another purpose. It helps the team understand what balance of candid, posed, environmental, and detail images is useful.
