Event coverage
Event photography and video coverage with the schedule in mind
Photo Brothers Media offers event photography and event videography for conferences, corporate events, galas, celebrations, and other live gatherings. Coverage can be planned around the moments, people, and deliverables that matter to your event.
Start with the run of show
A run of show or event schedule helps identify arrivals, speakers, presentations, performances, group photos, and key moments. Share it early when available, especially when the assignment has multiple locations or rooms.
Photography, video, or both
Photography preserves candid and posed moments for post-event communications. Video can document speakers, performances, interviews, and the energy of the event. Combining them can be useful when the organization needs more than one type of asset.
